not a bad lobster roll for $20

nothing says "authentic" than i guy who visited maine 20 years ago. you prefer hot or cold?

Our founder, Dan Beck, has been a lobster aficionado for more than 20 years. Working as a seafood buyer in the restaurant business, he paid regular visits to Maine, getting to know the lobstermen there. He was inspired by their centuries-old values and traditions, and learned to respect the ways of Maine’s waters.

Had cold. Told hm it’s a stand up Lobster. Roll.

Has there ever been a good lobster roll?

• im on team lobster roll though i havent over indulged. the summer we spent in maine we cooked lobster more than we sought them out to my chagrin. i was poor and naive. unlike now.
