what is that some fancy greek word?
theyre sandwiches. theyve all been good to above average and not ridiculously overpriced. problem is i often dont eat them right away which can change ones opinion considerably especially with tacos. i havent even tried the taco stand tacos since im always taking to go often for later. the wayfarer bakery bread has been a staple. the seeded sourdough is the standout. there veggie sandwiches on the baguette is usually very good. the meat sandwich on the sourdough i was less enamoured with. just like that satisfying baguette crunch. wish they offered both meat and meatless options on both breads but they are all premade and when they sell out they are sold out. closes at 2. they also do some night pizzas on order a few days a week. got it once on another visit and was a little underwhelmed. was thinking of trying again but havent yet. theres still another wood fired or brick oven place nearby that ive never tried.
the middle eastern place is new. do a nice job charring the wraps. really adds to the flavor. the doner and falafel i ate the next day so unfair to judge but both chicken schwarma and kebab were good. sauce game is mid. taco stand really excel at the sauces and you fill them yourself. can take as much as you want of whatever you want which is nice. they make their own chips, too.
was eyeing this place further down toward the touristy beach zone.

wish there was a cheap sushi option but havent found it though havent looked that hard.
did i forget anything? don bravo. very close by. not as good as taco stand but not bad by any stretch. and its the closest option. has i nice old school vibe and when its not busy i have no complaints. maybe no al pastor. i stick mostly with the chicken and battered fish taco.
gonna pick up some burgers on my way to my fathers soon. the call came in. like to hit that hodads if were closer. want to try these place because of the signs signs but will go here because its more convenient.
high tailed it over to the crack shack after my brief beach stint. def gets a super yum. a little slow even though it was not exactly crowded but had indoor outdoor seating and a beachy vibe so i was feeling a-ok and sandwich and fries were worth the wait. did i go with the firebird, you know i did thought that croque seņor was appealing. had the self serve sauce station which we all know i love. unfortunately, spilled the pineapple mustard before i had a chance to try it. actually i licked it off the floor when i spilled it like in saltburn. i believe that is when i turned the movie off but only becuase i was so turned on!Q!!Q
