They cannot even agree on what to call it. There are at least five terms for kale, and the technical name, chou frisé non-pommé, translates unappetizingly as “curly headless cabbage.”

i would like to thank the universe for balancing out my unnecessary purchase of an $20 popcorn maker by giving me $20 of free groceries courtesy of a very confused or perhaps angry at the world fresh direct warehouse drone. admitedly my last jar of hoisin sauce mostly got old and crusty in the fridge before i threw it away but that double order of deli roast beef will quickly find a home in my stomach before moving on  to ultimately greener pastures. and how did they know i threw away a jar of honey not two days ago? only the even stevens up in the sky know the answer and i wont add to their workload to query them as i am sure they are woefully understaffed.
